I’m here to support you in letting go of what no longer serves you and building a life aligned with your authentic self — through compassionate psychological support and counseling.

clinical psychologist
I’m Alexandra Marinescu, a clinical psychologist, counselor, and profiling expert. My mission is to provide compassionate psychological support for individuals who feel stuck — whether due to past experiences, dysfunctional relationship patterns, or struggles with overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
In my training and clinical practice, I have been deeply focused on how relationships shape who we are — both with others and with ourselves. I have seen how emotional baggage can weigh heavily on a person and how this “background noise” impacts decisions, relationships, and life direction. As a clinical psychologist, my work is dedicated to helping individuals process these experiences and find clarity.

What I offer as a psychologist

With many years of professional experience, hundreds of hours as a trainer, and thousands of hours spent working with clients, I offer more than expertise — I offer presence and support. This therapeutic space is safe, compassionate, and free of judgment. Here, you can bring to light the things that hold you back: fears, limiting beliefs, unresolved trauma, or unfinished relationships with the past. Together, we will sort through that emotional “closet” — not to remain stuck in regret, but to create space for healing and authentic growth. As a clinical psychologist and counselor, I believe in each person’s ability to transform, reconnect with themselves, and live with clarity, purpose, and courage. What often stands in the way is not the absence of inner resources, but the heavy, unprocessed past we continue to carry.

Your journey to healing and personal growth starts here

I don’t believe in labels, I believe in stories. As a psychologist, I don’t see “problems” — I see people. Whether you are facing the beginning of a personal crisis or simply sense that something is missing in your life, I encourage you to take this step toward yourself. In this therapeutic journey, you will not walk alone.
